Study forces to understand shape

Measuring the visco-elastic properties of living embryonic tissue, in vivo, at a resolution of 10 to 50 micrometers? It is now possible thanks to the "Scanning Air Puff Tonometer", developped by Vincent Fleury.

Here at MSC, we use the tonometer, among other things, to study the vascular morphogenesis (which includes slow chronic visco-elastic drift of vessels).
