Sauf mention contraire, les séminaires et les soutenances se déroulent à 11h30 en salle 454A du bâtiment Condorcet.
Séminaire Spécial Industriel
Exceptionellement à 10h00, salle 454A
Within the advanced research unit of L’Oréal the imaging group analyses hair and skin samples using different imaging techniques such as electron microscopy, coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering spectroscopy (CARS) and multiphoton microscopy. In the first part of this seminar talk I will present how conducting research is organized within the research & innovation unit of L’Oréal by giving a brief overview of our different research departments, some key numbers and the main axes of research. In the second part I will detail three recent research projects conducted in my group and with external collaborations, concerning multiphoton microscopy on in-vivo and in-vitro skin substrates, CARS, which was used for the quantification of molecular entry pathways in skin and atomic force microscopy measurements for the quantification of hair follicle mechanics.
