Using advanced imaging methods, we will study the interplay between the biological regulations and the physical constraints that drive cell dynamics during epithelial tissue morphogenesis.

Our consortium composed of biologists and physicists was recently awarded a French National Research Agency (ANR) grant to understand the mechanisms epithelial morphogenesis. Using advanced imaging methods, we will study the interplay between the biological regulations and the physical constraints that drive cell dynamics during epithelial tissue morphogenesis. We have generated large-image microscopy datasets and therefore aim to use and develop methods to tissue dynamics at different scales using both genetics and physical modelling. We are seeking to hire a specialist in the analysis of biological images.

Contract : 18-month French CDD-IE contract. Paris. Gross salary : 26-29 k€ / year depending on experience and qualification.
